Hi, We just got a project here in Thailand that just started, where our client would like to achieve a LEED certification. It's an existing resort and they want to renovate it.

I have a project at hand with a high LEED ambition. They have the opportunity to connect to a future district cooling system (high efficiency).

We are working on a project to build a Toyota Dealership in Pennsylvania and the owner is seeking LEED Certification (LEED 2009).

Please help advise for these two questions.

Hello, we are working on a new K12 school project with 4 separate buildings (2 bldgs for classrooms, 1 administration and 1 sports center).

Hi. We have designed a rainwater storage tank for dirty rainwater, with a bigger capacity than required. The water, after being storaged for a while, is pumped to the local sewerage system.

In one of our project we have a Main corridor that is completely open with just a parapet wall and roof overhang. Now we have another small corridor that is connected to this Main corridor.

We have a building located in a pedestrian area. The only "street frontage" faces directly to this 20 m wide area.

Out of curiosity, has anyone in pursuit of this credit or in its development talked to an actual farmer [or grower]?
