getting hot water from CHP, but not the power. Can I still get the credit of the power produced?

Hi! My project is getting hot water from the central combined heat and power plant in the campus, but it's NOT getting the electricity from it.

Hi, Our project has parking on basement, GF+1F office spaces, then roof is covered almost entirely of PV panels.
