Hi,

What is the reason behind the 300 lux-3000 lux threshold?  Does above 3000 lux refer to areas that glare occurs?  What are the references behind these thresholds?

In v2009, with automated blinds we used to be exempt from the requirement of not exceeding higher lux level threshold (5,000 lux). Does the same exemption apply for the 3,000 lux...
