Our project does not have a problem with rodents but should one occur the contracted pest management company would use Havaheart traps, then remove rodents and release in appropriate areas instead

We have the project of to 250,000 sq ft. The Air conditioned area is only 50,000 sq.ft. The rest is enclosed unconditioned area (No HVAC) of 200,000 sq.ft.

In regards to what was briefly discussed in the Q&A portion, will LEED accept access to a different portfolio manager instead of the Energy Star Portfolio Manager?
