We have pursued INpc139 for several projects, and it has spurred buildings to initiate or refresh their Water Management Plans in light of experience through the pandemic.

We pursued this credit for several projects in 2021/2022. It was useful to ensure adequate HVAC maintenance was sustained through the pandemic, but at this point it should be standard practice.

I haven't found any major issue for this credit.
