Option 1: Is there a more succinct way to go about the density option?

Schools should be able to start bike lanes on their property and connect to either bike lanes or sidewalks regardless of the width. No additional bike network should be required for schools.

Seems the public use spaces could be beneficial to the community in other building types besides schools.

When we encourage to use electric vehicle we also need to consider that most battery are also naturally sourced material like lithium.

The last couple of years has seen a significant increase in fires caused by Lithium Ion batteries bursting into flames.

"The counted uses must represent at least three of the five categories, exclusive of the building’s primary use category."

I think the prescriptive options here are well thought out and appropriate to many project types.
