I'm appealing WEp1. We built in extra water saving measures. It seems that leedonline wants to charge me to update WEc3. Surely that is not fair.

NC 2009 project. Two problems. First, we were denied Credit WEc3 in Design phase re-submittal. This appeared to be because of a glitch in the way the online form calculates the credit.
