Can't find pipe insulation that meets LEED V4 criteria

Can someone guide me in to some pipe insulation for 1/2" pex piping that meets the requirements of LEED V4 Homes. Needs to be 1/2" wall thickness, minimum R-4 Everything I can get locally is R3.5,
LEED compliant Drywall

I'm trying to search out some LEED compliant drywall for the material and resources credit, (homes v4). Needs to be either 25% post consumer recycled product or 50% pre consumer recycled product.

I'm not sure who might agree or not but it seems to me that breaking up this forum into specific credits for specific LEED categories is not the best approach.
LEED for Homes Midrise and v4

We have a client with a 7 story midrise residential project. We have always used LEED NC for their projects because they prefer it. That approach has always worked.
