Hallo, we want to certify a home outside the U.S. We would like to avoid incorporating an Energy Rater to the verification team (credits EAc2 and EAc5) because it would increase the certification costs. Instead, we would like to follow the Performance Pathway, which requires a HERS Rater for credit 1, but it would be much less costly. Does anyone have any experience not contracting an Energy Rater and still achieving LEED certification?
