We have a project on a military base that must achieve LEED Silver and we are off to a rocky start with the recent return of our design credit submission.

I have never done a precertification process before, and the information in the reference guide and the USGBC website is quite brief.

One thing that is not clear from the all-too-brief precertification info in the Guide, is that Precertification is supposed to lead to certification.

Does the fee for Precertification apply to the full certification, if this is done later? It looks like precertification will cost us $3250, whereas full certification would be $2250.

Our project needs to close out and must submit the documentation to LEED for final construction.

We are working on a project that is going through redesign with a new project team. The project was registered during the original design. How do we assign the project to the new team?
