For my Non US projec the RPs show up under the "Add or Remove" credit tab, but on my scorecard they do not show up and I do not get the extra point.

We submitted two appeals last year for EA P2 and meet the GBCI on the Green-built to discuss the appeal process. They were very helpful and understanding.
