I have a project that the owner/landlord are seeking LEED-CS certification, but none of the tenants have any interest in seeking LEED-CI certification.

From my point of view, I would have liked to actually use one of these tools, but each time I asked for pricing, we couldn't even think of using it, they were too expensive.

Hi All My project is after precertification, there all Pif's are approved. Now during the construction the quontity of regularly area has been changed.

Forgive me if this has been answered, I searched all over and can't find a definitive answer.

I know of one building attempting to use LDP for EBOM recertification. Has anyone successfully achieved recertification and willing to share the experience?
