Hi Paula. Thanks for your information and your tips... I have the book, but at the end of each chapter I'm seeing questions that I never crossed reading the chapter. I don't know if I'm missing something( maybe there is another book) or do I have to do the research on my own?? My exam is on Nov 23, and so far I'm not convinced that I could pass that. Please help, any tip is very helpful right now. Thank you and all the best
