I am working on a commercial interior fit out project that would like to pursue this credit. The base building has entryway systems and MERV filtration on outdoor handling units.

DES Path 1: ASHRAE 90.1 Points Cap

Hi All,

Is there a points cap when using DES Whole Building Simulation Path 1 in LEED v4? This is stated in the v2009 credit language but have not found it anywhere in v4.

Our project is pursuing LEED/WELL concurrently, as such we used the LEED/WELL crosswalk guidance to demonstrate compliance with this pilot credit.
