Building Renovation

CS-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Advanced Energy Modeling for LEED states "Existing buildings with less than 50% renovation should not be rotated,...". How can one calculates renovation percentage of an existing building?

non default occupancy numbers

We want to use non default occupancy values for some rooms in our project. Do anyone have experience what the reviewers might have for thoughts regarding this.

For this credit the form has three columns - Column 1 - % Regional Colum 2 - Extraction Miles Column 3 - Manufactured miles We are not going for the regionally extracted point only the regional

I am working on a project whose majority of fixtures are LED. I am wondering what the LED equivalent to a lamp/blub is when documenting this credit.

Kitchens in Residential projects - regularly occupied?

I am working on a residential building, and we are deciding whether or not the kitchens in each residential unit would be included in the daylighting calculations.
