Our project team considering purchasing ECOLOGIC lamps from Sylvania to fulfill this credit, however we aren’t certain if these are accepted under LEED.

The baseline U-values proposed by ASHRAE 90.1-2007 for a building with high thermal mass in climate zone 1 (see below extracted from table 5.5-1) seem to be too low-performing. Are these correct?

Preferred parking outside the LEED boundary

Our project's parking goes beyond the LEED boundary, since it is a mixed used building with several towers and only one of them will apply for LEED certification.

For only 2" above the 42" sight line requirement do you think a special circumstance is viable for LEED to possibly award the credit or is it better to do the calculations for the standing occupant

If the proposed HVAC design has DOAS that delivers OA to all AHU's, should there be the same auto-sized capacity but the same air flow DOAS for the baseline?
