My client operates a prosthetics manufacturing plant. There is no benchmark in ENERGY STAR for this kind of facility. I know it will not be eligible for an ENERGY STAR rating.

We have used a modest amount of cooking gas in the canteen of our office building. Should we be counting this in the energy use for the Energy Star rating?
