Prime farmland vs farmland of statewide importance

We have a site that is a previously developed urban site. According to the web soil survey from the USDA it is adjacent to Prime farmland and on Farmland of statewide importance.

Hello I'm working on a project that has conditioned areas on 6 floors, but in two of those floors has only 5% of all conditioned area , can I consider these floors conditioned as the another floo

Parking garage

I have modeled parking garage in the simulation by taking 0.75 cfm/sf (exhaust)from ASHRAE 62.1-2007 which leads to energy consumpation of 43,450kWh.

Core and Shell project including restaurant

Our project is a C&S building with a restaurant on the ground floor. A tenant has been already appointed but he wants to have his restaurant meant for smokers.

The project is a railcar vehicle maintenance facility (VMF) a couple acres large. This project falls under new construction and includes a new rail track to be brought into the VMF.
