At an office park, the stormwater management control is a large retention pond that is managed by an aquatic service vendor. They provide inspection logs for the LEED documentation.

K-12 School

I am trying to figure out how to apply this credit to a public high school in a semi-rural location. Obviously the baseline is not everyone driving by themselves in a car.

Hi, I'm trying to fill-out the above form. I checked all the calculations for each fields. However, i can always get warning sign of " Would need over 100% OA Intake".

Hi, We at climate zone 1, and in normal practices, we use solar water heating storage tank for shower. In ASHRAE 90.1 , table 7.8, which categories of equipment performance we need to follow?

Using School Buses as 2nd Bus Line

We have a project where for various reasons we chose to use LEED NC, the project however is a renovation whereby it is an existing private school and half of it will become a conference center.

conference rooms

Are conference rooms considered regularly occupied spaces? My thought is that they are not, because they are not used to perform "focused activities".
