I got the reviewed comment on the process energy. The way I have modelled is try to add the process load to reach 25% minumum energy threshold eventhough such load does not exist.

I have modeled parking garage in the simulation by taking 0.75 cfm/sf (exhaust)from ASHRAE 62.1-2007 which leads to energy consumpation of 43,450kWh.
