Process energy? Exhaust Fan to relieve electric transformer heat

Our project has several spaces with electric transformers where we are using an exhaust fan and an outside air louver to relieve the heat loss from the transformer.

Regional Material Tracking with Multiple Forms of Transportation

I have a material that was extracted 425 km from the manufacture point and transported by truck. After manufacture the material was shipped via rail to the project site which is 2076 km.

Would a mechanically ventilated building be able to rely on 2 methods for documenting compliance: T-stats and windows? Some occupants will use one, while the others will rely on another.

Could occupancy sensor credit under G.3.2 be used towards meeting the 10% lighting savings requirement? Could credit for decorative lighting be implemented as well 9.6.2a?

I have a roughly 48,000 sf church with the following breakdown by area and hours of use: 1st Floor: 4,100 sf Multipurpose Space used 16 hours per week 8,200 sf Common Space used 72 hours per week
