Hello. Two questions: Are existing constructions required to be part of the project stormwater management? The reference book wording refers to "management plan for the project".

Greetings, In our project (registered as per LEEDv2009) there are several garage ventilations. According to ASHRAE 62.1-2007, the garage exhaust rate is to be sized to 0.75 cfm/ sq.ft.

I am working on a LEED v.2009 CS project, using deafault occupancy Core and Shell Appendix 1. I assume that FTE and transients here are average transients?
