We have a mixed project with residential and office units. Residential area has apartments and few (12) duplex units.

I have just received the final application review for a LEED CI v2009 project, and under the MRc4 & c5 the LEED reviewers stated: “the Actual Materials Cost for Divisions 3-10, 12, 31, and 32

This credit should be an option as the exemplary performance under LEED Credit - Quality Views

If a project owner has its own NGO association, can they be eligible for this credit?  They work with local NGOs.

Has anyone ever had EPS Geo Foam on a project?

we have a bit of interesting situation in our project building: of the 181 installed water closets, 37 are Islamic toilets, which use a trigger spray rather than a flush mechanism.

Does anyone have experience with a project not being open on weekends and still getting credit if the weekend trips are below the minimum?  I am submitting additional information with a letter
