If DES will serve multiple buildings "A","B","C" & "D". Buildings "A" and "B" are xisting but only "C" and "D" are candidates for LEED-NC certification.

It seems like ceramic tile grout sealer should be considered as a "Waterproofing Concrete/Masonry Sealer" with a VOC limit of 400g/L The grout is a cement product.

All urinals require maintenance and all urinals have scale buildup. With reduction of flow rates the potential for drain line scale build-up and pipe corrosion is increased.
