Hello, we are doing a LEED CI project for a large tenant occupying multiple floors. We will pursue Case 1 (less than 75% of area) - submetering.

our Project is LEED CI v3 at credit EA c3, what is process uses ( electric) and process uses (fuel) ?????? another question , at our tenant space we have boiler fuel operated to supply under floor

This might be a redundant question; I'm sorry if it is. We fall into the Case 2 category as we're more than 75% of the building.

Hi we have a LEED CI project that is served by an emergency back-up generator that serves multiple floors. Is it really a requirement to meter emergency back-up generator fuel?

Our tenant will have sub-meters installed on the lighting and HVAC electrical panels on each floor of their tenant space.

Is there are is an initial fee that must be paid upfront when the tenant signs the lease to pay for energy use? If there is this fee, how much does that typically cost?
