Hi all, We are working on a renovation office project, with fixtures located outside of tenant space. There are 2 restrooms loacated at public core area, one for Female, another one for Male.

Do sinks in Massage & Wash Rooms count in the WEp1 credit for LEED-CI? Currently, there is one massage room and one wash/dry room planned in my project. Both rooms include sinks.

Hi, The project I am working on has a bathroom set for women, a bathroom set for men (includes urinals), and two unisex bathrooms without urinals.

The USGBC raised the following query in our project design stage review: "It is not clear that the shower usage reported accurately reflects the usage patterns of the project.

Hi all, I have a question in regard to the flowrate of faucet, whether it should be based on the 60psi specified by LEED or local water supply pressure.

We have a project that consists of an office space with toilets however the folw fixtures are not going to be changed. Is this project exempt from earning this prerequisite?

Does GBCI recognize dual-flush valves (1.1/1.6 gpf) for water use reduction? If so, how do we document this on the template?
