Can you take credit of the water fixtures under CS for a project and also under CI when the interior is built? or only in one rating system?

Shower calcs only look at FTEs and not transients or visitors. I have an office building TI that is putting in a fitness center with a locker room scenario.

We're looking to pursue this credit, but are a bit confused how the baseline is calculated for an interior renovation project with a portion of new construction.

FTEs and Total Daily Uses for Showers

Hi, I think I know the answer to this but can the number of FTEs vary between showers and other fixture groups or should they be consistent?

Dormitory Washing Machines

I am working on a dormitory project that includes washing machines. The v2009 water use reduction calculator (process tab) has an option for commercial clothes washers, but not residential.
