Library: number of spaces and type of markings for Car/Vanpool or Fuel Efficient Vehicles

We are rennovating the interior only of a public library, no new parking is being added as part of this project, however, we are hoping to qualify for the 3.3 credits. Two questions:

Case 1 Option 2 vs. Case 2 Option 2

Case 1 and Case 2 are distinguished by whether your CI is more than 75% of the building or not. But Option 2 reads very differently depending on which case you are.

Tenant Infill within a Parking Garage

Our Project is a restaurant taking up less than 75% of a parking garage. We are going for SSc3.3 Case 1 Option 1. Our lease provides us with access to two parking spaces.

Hi , We wish to attempt case 1, option 2, no subsidy. In the tenant contract, it mention, the building owner will allocate 17nos of parking space which each parking space will cost the tenant USD

Our project is a build-out in an existing non-LEED building in a suburban office park - there is a shared parking lot for several buildings and we are not adding any NEW spaces.

Combination low-emitting parking and car pooling spaces possible

In our C&S project the building owner provides 15 parking spaces for low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles. The main tenant will rent and use these parking spaces.

Interior Project inside a complex CS

We have a project inside of one tower that have like common area the parking spaces. However, this tower have a certification LEED and yours parking spaces makes part of complex (AGMBC).

The requriement of the credit - "parking availability" is to meet but not exceed local norms.
