Case 1 and Case 2 are distinguished by whether your CI is more than 75% of the building or not. But Option 2 reads very differently depending on which case you are.

We have a project inside of one tower that have like common area the parking spaces. However, this tower have a certification LEED and yours parking spaces makes part of complex (AGMBC).
