Where do you find the each site's area/acres and building's square feet within the project's density radius?

Can a golf course be used as a park in SS C2 Community Connectivity?

Would a credit union work as a basic service in place of a bank?

We have a project in the center of Paris where we want to pursue option 2 of this credit.

I am confused about how I should authenticate the residential development requirement of option 2.

Our project is located in a new area in which a residential area will be developed in the near future but is not developed yet. Is it possible to count this area for option 2? Thanks!
