For the water reduction credit, since this is for the building, do we use the building population instead of the project FTE? We are only occupying 4 floors out of 18.

so my CI LEED project boundary is half of one floor of an 8 story building, it's 14,000 square feet, and does include an exterior courtyard.

Hi, The LEED CI reference guide (2009) mentions that a tenant who lease thier space and who do not occupy the entire building are only eligible.

I wonder that white-colored painting on the roof is enough to get the point. Our LEED consultant reported like this so they classified this item as easy & cheap one.
