Hi, one of my project building (P1) going for LEED CI is located in campus. This building is attached to another building (P2) and even shares a common wall of P1.

Has anyone experienced a LEED CI in a building that is under LEED CS final certification?

This is a follow up to other exemplary performance (EP) discussions that have occurred. I understand that an EP point can be earned under Path 12 of this credit.

For the water reduction credit, since this is for the building, do we use the building population instead of the project FTE? We are only occupying 4 floors out of 18.

Hi, The LEED CI reference guide (2009) mentions that a tenant who lease thier space and who do not occupy the entire building are only eligible.

We are working on a remodel project encompassing three distinct areas within one portion of a hospital and I am not confident with my understanding of the definitions of Project Boundary vs.

I wonder that white-colored painting on the roof is enough to get the point. Our LEED consultant reported like this so they classified this item as easy & cheap one.
