Path 7 and 8 reviewer comments, advice for resubmission

CI-2009 SSc1:Site Selection

We have a unique situation where we have an owner who wants to install a lot of pv on their project. SSc1 is already filled up with the max 5 points.

my project is registered for LEED CI 2009 , we are using gray water for irrigation , which means 100 % reduction of potable water , does this qualify the project for the other 2 points of path 8 ??
