My project facility has hand sanitizing stations throughout the building filled with a EcoLogo (CCD-170) certified Hand Sanitizer. Does this count for anything?

Liquid hand soaps/body wash

We have project that is using a liquid body wash that is technically a liquid hand soap too (purchased as both but in different packaging).

the IEQc3.3 list only mentions "handsoaps". do hand sanitizers fall under this ? or is there some other regulation for these?
