How to calculate the average score for space type ?

Does the cleaning audit have to be performed on vacant tenant spaces that are not being cleaned? The REduced occupancy guidance does not address this.

Should the audit be strictly performed by only two (2) individuals then average their scores? Or it can be three or more?

I am working with a client to identify which spaces in their building to audit and am curious if anyone has handled open workstations (i.e. cubes) differently than closed offices?

Our project is a five story public building with operational contracts which include "contract document requirements".

We are undertaking the space inventory in advance of our audit. The building is a +/- 1,000,000 sf office tower. I'm wondering if the audit needs to include the loading dock area.
