LEED Certifying a Building with an EnergyStar label

The downton high-rise I am attempting LEED certification has an EnergyStar label that just expired on Mar 31, 2011.

Hi, I work on a tenant building -- each unit has it's own electrical and water meters - no other utilities are used.

We have an 180,000 sf dormitory and trying to get an ENERGY STAR rating through Portfolio Manager.

There are four buildings that are leased by the State and one of the buildings currently has 25% if it as a Data Center.

Hi all! How to correctly input energy data (to ES Portfolio Manager) for an office building where a tenant (bank) has it's own chiller, consumes almost one third of the total building energy consum

Include fuel oil usage from emergency generators?

On past LEED EBOM Certifications, GBCI has required us to input fuel oil used in our emergency generators. So we did.

I would like to certify a two story, 3,800 s.f. office building. When generating the Energy Star performance report one question asks to confirm that the building area is 5,000 s.f. or greater.
