Our project will use well water for HVAC/ ooling tower first then reuse it for flush of water closet. We assume it can be regarded as gray water even if it is derived from well first.

I'd like to clarify whether this credit only applies to those domestic fixtures used by tenants or if faucets used by custodial staff also need to be included?

In the earlier versions of this ratings system, you could show metered water usage, to prove reduction over the baseline. Is this no longer true?
