Lactation Rooms - Regularly occupied?

For the purposes of this credit, does anyone have experience with whether or not a "Lactation Room" for nursing mothers would need to be considered "regularly occupied"?

green roofs: can they count as regularly occupied space?

project has a green roof that is accessible from a lounge. the lounge is a regularly occupied space. seems to me that people using the green roof area should be fair game (?).

Warehouse - Windows as part of roll up dock doors

We are working on a project that has a loading deck with an area inside at the perimeter of the warehouse that will be regularly occupied.
