I am trying to achieve this credit for an apartment building. On the LEED v2009 form the residential units were selected as 'Individual' to match the IEQc6.1 form.

I am working on a Healthcare building, and most of the spaces combine (3) rooms into a single temperature control zone, with the thermostat located in one of the rooms.  Would adding (at least

Hi, we are designing a project that has a DOAS unit serving code min outside air through underfloor plenum to the space with ceiling radiant panels handling heating and cooling load.

Thermal Contrillability: No of thermostat points and alternative

We have a total of 2385 individual spaces and to provide thermostats for 50% of these is required to score a point. which means is it that we are required to provide 1193 numbers of thermostats?

If I understand the intent of the credit correctly, we have to provide individual controls for every second FTE in individual spaces or open-plan offices.
