I am trying to achieve this credit for an apartment building. On the LEED v2009 form the residential units were selected as 'Individual' to match the IEQc6.1 form.

Has anyone pursued this credit using BMS as thermal comfort control?

Hi, We have a project that has a large number of individual work stations and we are trying to achieve this credit by providing underfloor air diffusers for each work station.

We have a total of 2385 individual spaces and to provide thermostats for 50% of these is required to score a point. which means is it that we are required to provide 1193 numbers of thermostats?

It seems a little unclear, but can operable windows be used for multi-occupant spaces to comply with EQc6.2?

Our team is pursuing this credit for a museum/art galleries building. I´ve been checking the IAQ matrix and if I am strict, we should forget this credit.
