If a building is 25,000 sq feet, does that mean only one air sample needs to be taken? Or is it more dependant upon the number of HVAC systems/building area?

Hello to everyboty and Merry Christmas, I have to make the flush out in a building which is mostly a Warehouse, that will be regularly occupied, with mechanical ventilation but no air conditioning.
