EQc3, EQc5 and filtration requirements

I'd like to confirm that if a project is pursuing EQc5, that they must use MERV 13 filters for flush-out but can still use MERV 8 filters on equipment that is operated during construction.

On-site duct manufacture

I am currently working on a project that has a dual HVAC system. A Daikin mini split ductless system and a DOAS Desert Eir system with ducts & filtration.

The LEEDonline forms request photo documentation with Date and Time stamps. My camera only has the capability for the date stamp but not the time stamp.
