Can an apartment rental project meet the requirement of IEQp2 if they designate a percentage of rental apartments as smoking?

Hello, I have a project that does not allow smoking within the building. However, there are small one room kiosks outside the building that allow smoking.

we are building a campus of buildings (non-school) that has a non smoking policy except in one designated outside area.

The owner wants to let users smoke in a 6mx6m terrace.

The USGBC has published a draft for additional guidance for international projects. That includes alternative compliance paths and even additional LEED online forms for international projects.

We recently got a mid-review for IEQp2. The exterior smoking policy of the project is entirely composed of a taped-on sheet of paper.

We have a very large residential project, registered under NCv3, with a couple of core & shell retail spaces on the ground level.

We have a residential high-rise condominium where the owner prohibits smoking in residential units and on the entire property. Residents will have to go off the property to smoke.
