I'm trying to figure the following and see if I am understanding Option 2 of MRc5

We have a project consisting of two LEED buildings sharing a massive Parking Garage (concrete structure). This Parking Garage contain 5 levels.

I have steel products that a mfg is providing with certain quantities of post consumer/pre-industrial recycled content.

For a project outside of the United States, someone could advise me on the pros and cons of using the CSI Division (optional)?

What should be done for a product that has numerous locations for extraction. For instance, my steel supplier has 47% regional materials, but the sources are from about a dozen different mills.
