MRc2 Form Version 0.2.3.. undervaluing commingled waste?

Is our leftover concrete, not poured from the truck and returned to the batch plant, counted as diverted from landfills per MR2 if we can provide documentation that it is reused by the batch plant

Column Veneer preserved but covered

Recycling Facility Letters of Certification

Net vs. Gross tonnage

On a demo project where material was brought to multiple recycling centers, some of the recyclers gave me both net and gross tonnage, and some only gave me pounds, which i converted to net tonnage.
