posted by  Nelina Loiselle  on

I am working on the LEED Certification of a 23,000sq.ft. concrete "business continuity" dome. It is literally a concrete dome.

We have a project on a "campus" site with existing buildings. The Owner has installed an extensive array of PVs which are shared by buildings on this site.

Warehouse - Heating Only

There has been much talk that warehouses with heating-only (no cooling) must still model a cooling system in the baseline and proposed case, since the space is defined as conditioned.

Deriving Minimum Efficiency Requirements for Baseline Chillers

NC-2009 EAc1:Optimize Energy Performance

We are wondering how to interpret the Minimum Efficiency Tables of Chapter 6.8 in ASHRAE 90.1-2007 to model HVAC efficiencies of baseline equipment. Our baseline building has a floor area > 150.
