DX unit EER and Fan Power

Hi, I understand EER of DX unit from ASHRAE 90.1 include indoor fan power. Compressor and condenser fan power shall be derived from EER that subtracting indoor fan power.

The ASHRAE requirement (Prerequisite for LEED) limits voltage drop in feeders to 2% based on demand.

For HVAC System in Baseline case of modelling, it says: "Operate fan contiuously when spaces are occupied and cycle it during unoccupied hours".

Opaque skylights
