I have a project where there will be an addition to an existing building that is also being renovated. As far as EAc1 is concerned, for achieving 12% better than baseline for new buildings and 8% better for existing building renovations both awards you 1 point under NC. How do I determine the number of points I can achieve if my project is both a new building and renovation? Can I weight my percentage better than baseline based upon the percentage of new building vs renovation?

The EAp2 form automatically calculates the weighted average threshold percentage and applies the appropriate number of points.

Hello Marcus, we are experiencing issues with this credit. The problem is we currently have a 34,6 % gain (part existing, part new) that comes from the EA p2 form, but this stubborn EA c1 form keeps on giving us a 2 points score. That's frustrating ! It seems that Pathes for Option 1 do not automatically change whatever our gain is. In your opinion, is this a IT-related problem or I'm missing something ?

I am not sure why that happens but I have seen it many times. The reviewer should make sure that the appropriate number of points are awarded no matter what the EAc1 form says.
