We are working on a project where the total project has five towers on one podium. We are certifying only one tower for LEED-NC with an area of 34152 sq.m.

I’m modeling the proposed design model and in order to compare it with the baseline model I want to calculate the F-factor of the slab-on-grade floor according to table A6.3 of ASHRAE 90.1-2007.

DOD and USGBC Agremeent for BEQ and ASHRAE 90.1

I received a document by NAVFAC, which includes a statement that DOD and USGBC have agreed that BEQs are to be considered commercial facilities for transient populations under ASHRAE Std 90.1.
