We are currently building a school and one of our subcontractors asked if ceiling tiles count towards Energy and Atmosphere Credit 1?

As per Table 6.8.1D, I observed the following EER = 12.3-(0.213*Cap/1000) EER Also, Cap means the rated cooling capacity of the product in Btu/hr.

What is the correct approach when simulating pumps and fan power in the proposed case?. size the electric motors with the bhp or the next commercial motor size.
