My project has a dayligh dimming system and alos the curtain of each window. The reviewer ask me to add the effect of how this curtain will be modeled.

How should we model the air curtain at the building entrance? Should we model as process load for both baseline and proposed?

Modeling Radiant Panels with DOAS

Since eQUEST is unable to model dedicated outdoor air system linked to the radial panels, we modeled DOAS units by creating “dummy zones” within the model.

Exhaust fan not interlocked with HVAC: Process energy or not?

I remember reading it somewhere that exhaust fan that is not interlocked the the HVAC should be process energy (room exhaust).

I wonder if there is a standard to convert C-factor to U-factor or F-factor to U-factor. Is there a guideline to do so? Since not all energy program can let you input C, U, F as you desire.
