To generate baseline for HVAC systems, the building total SF is 28000 including walk-in coolers and an outside mechanical room. My question is, Can I model the walk-in cooler separate?

Dear all, I have an office building with an auditorium, which is served by the same AHU that serves the surrounding office.

I am working on a building that will be owned operated by a charity in Australia. As a charity, they get free gas and very cheap electricity as a 'donation'.

The design model has an AHU that supplies air for some zones. During the winter season the AHU humidifies the air through an atomising humidifier.
