What if the project don't have any A/C? there are 3 retails, 1 wc. All are separated buildings. What should I do with ASHRAE 5.4, 6.4 and for energy simulation?

Does anyone know if isolation valves on a multiple chiller plant are required by ASHRAE, or they simply best practice? I have looked into this in ASHRAE documents, but have not found anything yet.

According to 5.4.3.4 (mandatory provision) enclosed vestibules shall protect building entrances that separate the conditioned space from the exterior.

We are building a Hotel in Doha, Qatar. We are try to apply for LEED certified. While I start , I meet a Target Finder problem. This Target Finder only design for US climate.

As far as we read the Mandatory Requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 required by EAp2, performance requirements must meet the specifications of Table 7.8.
